Baby Product Manufacturer Graco Recalls 86,000 Defective High Chairs

Graco, a manufacturer of baby products, is recalling approximately 86,000 classic wooden high chairs in the United States due to fall hazards.  The company has reported nine incidents involving children who were injured due to falls after the seat became detached from the high chair, including one child who suffered a reported concussion.

If you own a wooden high chair manufactured by Graco, you should stop using the chair and contact the company at 1-800-345-4109 for a free repair kit.

If your child has been injured as a result of a defective product, you may contact Corpus Christi Tx product liability attorney Sheadyn R. Rogers of Rogers Law Firm at (361) 356-6057 for a free consultation concerning your child's case.  Rogers Law Firm represents clients injured as a result of defective products on a contingency fee basis, meaning the law firm is not paid unless and until we obtain a recovery on your case either through settlement or jury trial.
